Ashima serves as Strategic Communications Officer at Rabia Transitions, where she focuses on strengthening and communicating Rabia’s story, vision, and impact. Ashima brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications, having worked with the Embassy of Denmark in India with a strong focus on sustainability, climate action, and international partnerships. She has led communication efforts around the Green Strategic Partnership between India and Denmark, helping translate complex climate and sustainability initiatives into engaging and accessible narratives. Her experience also includes managing communications for high-level ministerial and official visits, public diplomacy, and strategic outreach initiatives. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and has completed a Certificate in Organisational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. Ashima is passionate about dance, yoga, and fitness, and enjoys maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle.
