Zeineb Ben Yahmed is the Research and Development Manager at Rabia Transition, based in Cape Town, South Africa. She brings deep expertise in development finance, international financial architecture (IFA), and climate finance. Most recently, at Climate Policy Initiative, she led research on IFA reform and its role in mobilising sustainable climate finance. She also supported the FiCS Lab, an incubator program that helps national development banks implement innovative financial solutions. Previously, Zeineb worked at the World Bank, where she helped governments across the MENA region design and implement human development projects. She was also a researcher at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, focusing on development policy. Zeineb studied Economics and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, the London School of Economics, and SOAS University of London.
